San Diego Bay · One Charter Per Day

San Diego has never had a yacht like her to offer. Now it has one.

Nunya is a 58-foot French-built sailing yacht, crewed by superyacht professionals, taken out for one group at a time on San Diego Bay — a vessel class almost never offered for charter.

The Other Option

You're not looking for a boat. You're looking for a day worthy of the occasion.

A proposal you'll retell for fifty years. An anniversary that deserves better than a reservation. A family gathering, a client dinner, a milestone that finally gets the setting it earned.

Everywhere else looks like crowded decks and generic listings. Nunya is the alternative that doesn't usually exist — rare access to what yacht owners have, without owning one.

The Experience

You step aboard and the city goes quiet.

The lines come in, the sails fill, and the engine goes silent — from here it's wind, water, and the skyline sliding past at exactly the pace you'd choose. No one tells you your time is up. The entire day belongs to your group.

Sails Fill, Engine Off

Pure wind and water — the calm settles in the moment the lines come aboard.

Golden Hour, Timed for You

Crew reads the light and the moment, so the best hour of the day lands exactly when it should.

No One Rushes You

One group, one departure. The yacht, crew, and calendar belong to you for the day.

Rarity & Standard

Why this day can't be booked anywhere else

The yacht isn't supposed to be available. The crew trained where the standard was set. One group, one departure, no exceptions.

A Vessel Class Rarely Chartered

A 58-foot Jeanneau-class yacht almost never enters charter service. Owner-kept, immaculately finished, and a rare sight on San Diego Bay.

Superyacht-Trained Crew

Captain's blue-water miles span the Indian Ocean, Mediterranean, and Caribbean. 100-ton Coast Guard Master license, all-female professional team.

One Group, No Exceptions

Never squeezed between other charters. The entire yacht, crew, and calendar belong to your group for the day.

Choose the Occasion

We'll build the day around it.

Every experience is a starting point, not a script — and every one is private to your group.

Bring your own champagne, wine, or food — the crew handles chilling and elegant presentation. Every experience starts at less than dinner for the same group at a fine restaurant.

The Captain

A new yacht to San Diego. Not a new captain.

She was nine years old the first time she took a helm, and she never really let go of it. A career spent aboard the world's great private yachts — the Indian Ocean, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, Panama to Alaska — taught her superyacht hospitality at its most exacting.

Holder of a 100-ton Coast Guard Master license, one of just three percent of licensed captains who are women, she leads an all-female crew trained to anticipate everything and intrude on nothing.

How your day comes together

Reserve the Occasion

Choose an experience, or describe the occasion and we'll recommend the right one for it.

Design With the Captain

A personal conversation covering timing, requests, surprises, and arrangements — usually the guests' favorite part.

Arrive and Hand It Over

Simple arrival details, parking, what to bring. From the dock onward, your only job is staying on the boat.

Reserve Your Day

Tell us about the occasion. You'll receive confirmation and next steps by email, then a personal conversation with the captain.

Prime dates and golden-hour sails reserve first. Proposals and milestones typically need 3–4 weeks of planning.

Before You Reserve

Questions, answered

San Diego Bay is calm, sheltered water — smooth enough for first-timers, grandparents, and photographs. Most guests never think about it once aboard.

Not at all. The professional crew handles everything — lines, sails, navigation, and service. Your only job, as the captain says, is to stay on the boat.

The yacht, crew, and full sailing experience are included. Bring your own champagne, wine, or food — the crew handles chilling and elegant presentation. Guests bring the bar; the crew handles the service around it.

Coast Guard rules cap the group, but the cockpit is built for twelve — so six guests enjoy lavish, uncrowded space rather than a packed deck.

Charters start at $800 — comparable to a fine dinner for the same group. The difference is no one frames dinner photos.

No. Nunya is designed for champagne at golden hour, not speakers at full volume. It's not the right fit for bachelorette parties or large group celebrations.
